Objectives and Challenges:

• Supporting the dual transition: Highlight a unique area of expertise combining digital transformation (responsible AI integration) and the sustainable transition (CSR strategies and ESG non-financial analysis).
• Showcasing a comprehensive range of services: Structure the presentation of the firm's three main areas of intervention: Management & Strategy Consulting, Project Management (monitoring and evaluation, tenders), and Training & Applied Research (RAM programs, supervision of dissertations and theses).
• Strengthening credibility and scientific leadership: Promote the institute's achievements, academic and community partnerships (particularly with FELADEC), as well as testimonials from private- and public-sector decision-makers.
• Optimizing B2B and institutional conversion: Provide an intuitive and fast contact process through customized quote request forms and direct access via WhatsApp.

Technical Solution and Features:

• Frontend & Performance (Next.js): Responsive web application leveraging hybrid rendering (SSR/SSG), providing optimal loading speeds, excellent readability, and strong search engine optimization (SEO).
• Content Management (Sanity CMS): Flexible headless back office enabling management of the training schedule, publication of case studies, skills catalog, and industry news.
