Design and development of the "Kadia Import-Export" platform, a commercial and operational showcase dedicated to international trading, freight forwarding, and the sourcing of goods in Africa and worldwide.

Objectives and Challenges:

• Digitize the product and merchandise catalog: Present the range of imported and exported products (agri-food products, consumer goods, equipment) in a structured and attractive way, facilitating sourcing for wholesalers and distributors.
• Simplify supply chain management: Highlight freight forwarding, customs clearance, and shipping services, reassuring B2B partners about shipment tracking and compliance with delivery timelines.
• Accelerate B2B purchasing and quotation requests: Provide a seamless customer journey allowing users to submit customized quotation requests online and contact the sales team directly through dedicated channels (WhatsApp, forms).
• Strengthen international credibility: Establish a professional online presence reflecting transaction transparency, compliance with customs regulations, and the reliability of the distribution network.

Technical Solution and Features:

• Frontend & Performance (Next.js): Responsive web application using hybrid rendering (SSR/SSG), ensuring instant product display and effective search engine optimization (SEO) to capture business opportunities.
• Content Management (Sanity CMS): Flexible headless back office enabling dynamic stock availability updates, addition of new product categories, publication of pricing, and management of quotation requests.
